The Training and Placement Cell of IITM College of Engineering organized a highly informative and skill-oriented Summer Training Program for B.Tech students, aimed at enhancing their technical expertise and preparing them for placement opportunities in top-tier companies. The program covered a comprehensive range of topics, including Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), where students developed strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking essential for coding interviews. In the Web Development module, participants gained hands-on experience in building dynamic and responsive websites, learning both front-end and back-end technologies. The System Design sessions provided in-depth knowledge of designing scalable and robust systems, a critical area often emphasized in technical job interviews. Additionally, the program included rigorous practice on Interview Questions, equipping students with strategies to confidently tackle both technical and HR interviews.

Led by Rajesh Gupta, an experienced Instructor and Product Engineer, the training offered expert guidance, real-world insights, and practical assignments that bridged the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. Students had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions, solve real-life case studies, and receive personalized feedback, making the training not just educational but also career-transforming. This program proved to be an excellent platform for students to sharpen their technical skills, boost their confidence, and enhance their employability in the competitive tech landscape.
